FAQ
Is this only for formal corporate returnship schemes?
No. We cover branded returnships and ordinary mid-career vacancies. Many clients never join a labelled program.
What language level do I need?
Sessions run in English. Application materials for German employers often need B2-level German; we flag that limitation early and will not pretend otherwise.
Do you guarantee a job?
We do not. Hiring decisions stay with employers. Our work improves preparation and search hygiene.
Can I join part-time while caregiving?
Yes, with a lighter weekly load—but week three’s document sprint still requires focused blocks. If that is impossible right now, Guided Return may fit better.
Participant notes
“Module three’s tracked Lebenslauf edits removed fluff I had kept for years. Interviews started mentioning my recent project work first.”
“Strong program. The German-language limitation on materials is real—budget translation time if you apply locally.”
